You may return all unopened and undamaged cartons of NōzAmi within 14 days of the order date.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any merchandise. To obtain a RMA, please contact us stating the reason you wish to return your purchase.
A refund to the original method of payment will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
For reasons of hygiene, we can not accept used or opened merchandise.
